Pittsburgh Lincoln and Pittsburgh Weil hold culminating events

Pittsburgh Weil Students Tango the day away

As the fall 2011 semester of Dancing Classrooms Pittsburgh comes to a close, participating Pittsburgh Public Schools and Pittsburgh Catholic Schools are hosting  their 20th and final lessons, better known as “culminating events.” That’s when students invite friends, families, and teachers to see what they’ve learned over the past 19 lessons in their schools.

Teaching artist Ms. Kelsey Kizina was proud  of her students at Pittsburgh Lincoln and at Pittsburgh Weil.  It was standing room only at both Pittsburgh Public Schools on December 12 as young ballroom dancers “shook what their mamas gave them!”
